1. Our services
TidyBear Cleaning Services ("TidyBear", "we", "us") provides residential house cleaning services in Texas, USA, booked through tidybeartx.com and our client portal. Services may be one-time or recurring (weekly, biweekly or monthly) and may include optional extra services selected by the client.
2. Scheduling and cancellation
Cleanings are scheduled in advance and confirmed through your client portal. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments we are unable to access, may be charged up to the full price of the scheduled visit.
3. Pricing and rate adjustments
Recurring-service pricing is set out in each client's Cleaning Services Agreement, including the price per visit, a 12-month rate lock from the start date, and any annual adjustment after the rate-lock period. Extra services are priced per our current extras catalog or as quoted in a written estimate. Estimates are valid until the date shown on the estimate.
4. Payment terms
Invoices are issued per completed cleaning and are payable in US dollars by the due date shown on the invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused service until the balance is settled.
5. Limitation of liability
We take great care in your home, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, TidyBear's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for pre-existing damage or wear, or for items not disclosed as fragile or irreplaceable.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the home at the scheduled time (keys, codes or someone present), to secure valuables, cash, firearms and fragile items before the visit, and to let us know about pets, alarms or any conditions that affect our team's safety or work.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Texas.
