To provide our cleaning services we collect your name, home address, phone number, email address, and your service history with us (scheduled and completed cleanings, extras, invoices, estimates and messages you exchange with our team).
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to schedule and perform your cleanings, to bill you and process payments, and to communicate with you about appointments, estimates, invoices and important notices.
3. How your data is stored and protected
Your information is stored securely in our systems with access controls that limit it to people who need it to serve you. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the cleaners and staff assigned to your home (so they can find and service it) and with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our email and payment processors. Those providers may only use your information to perform their services for us.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you are a client and as long afterwards as needed for legitimate business, accounting and legal record-keeping. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request its deletion (subject to records we must keep by law). Just contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
